Hello, fellow survivors of Avani,

in this update we added an updater that will automatically install new updates, fixed many bugs and added some new items as preparation for future updates. The updater comes together with a new installer, which will install the current version of the game together with the updater. No longer there is any annoying extracting of .zip/.rar files :)

This update has  been ready for several weeks now already, but we kept delaying it because there are issues with Windows SmartScreen blocking our new installer. Sadly we didn't manage to fix it and you will need to follow these instructions in order to install Avani:

Installation Instructions

Download the installer. Run the installer. A warning will open as you can see here:

Click on More Info.

Click on Run anyway.

You can also expect Update 0.1.12 to be released very soon already as it is already in development.

• Fixed post processing issues with UI getting blurred out
• Fixed new video of skill tree not playing
• Fixed AI looping one state and not changing their activity
• Fixed Opening the inventory and changing or dropping the equipped hotbar itemstack can cause issues especially with buildings

Known Bugs

• The genes are not being loaded properly after loading a save
